Frequent flyer program of Southwest Airlines that is Rapid Rewards, held onto its title of Best Customer Service for the 6th consecutive year at Inside Flyer Magazine’s Freddie Awards. Rapid Rewards was also named Program of the Year for the 3rd in a row.
