You won’t need a business class ticket or a Gold frequent flyer card to get inside Qantas’ domestic and international airport lounges if you have the right credit card in your wallet. Instead, you can use one of the lounges passes that your card will provide, which are very easy to get your hands on.

The credit card you have for year-round access can also get you a discount on annual Qantas Club membership in some cases but here are the credit cards which provide access to Qantas airport lounges, whatever may be your travel habits.

ANZ Frequent Flyer Black Visa:

At the very top of the list, with no annual fee in the first year the ANZ Frequent Flyer Black Visa gets you started, two single-use Qantas lounge passes and discounts on Qantas Club membership with year-round access, a perk which worth it.

Booking Qantas flights or purchase that discounted Qantas Club membership using the card to spend directly with Qantas, giving you up to two Qantas Points on specific charges, also depending on how much you’ve charged to the card in the same month.

Westpac Altitude Black World Mastercard:

You can use Qantas lounge passes available via ANZ to stop by domestic Qantas Clubs and Qantas Regional Lounges in Australia, and at Qantas international business class lounges in overseas, except in Los Angeles.

If you choose Altitude Qantas as your loyalty option to earn Qantas Points, you’ll only be eligible for these lounge passes from Westpac. To trigger the invitations, you’ll also need to contact Westpac to request your passes and then make a transaction directly with Qantas.

Qantas American Express Ultimate Card:

Qantas American Express Ultimate Card is another piece of Black-level plastic in this list, including two complimentary Qantas lounge passes every year with two yearly visits to the American Express lounges at airports when flying with any airline on presentation of your card.

Within 1-2 weeks of using your card to book a Qantas flight, Qantas passes will be electronically loaded onto your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, and then linking those passes to your reservation to enjoy lounge access, or you can transfer them to a family member or friend for their enjoyment.

Qantas Premier Platinum Mastercard:

Qantas’ has Premier Platinum Mastercard, which provides each year two complimentary Qantas Club airport lounge visits that are attached to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account electronically, also with the Qantas AMEX credit cards, and these can be applied to one of your own bookings or can be shared with family and friends.
